The three-bedroom villas are located adjacent to the main resort area.   Unlike the other Westin villas, they are located near sea level.   The view from the windows of one of these villas is of their private waterfall pool, patio and walled-in courtyard plus the lush tropical grounds that surround the villa.   Located in a walled courtyard, the private pool and hot tub provide the ultimate in privacy.  If you want a more lively pool scene, you can take a brief walk to the resorts' main pool of 1/4 acre.  The main resort area is an approximate 3-minute walk -- or you can use the free "iguana" trolley that comes every 15 minutes and goes to every area of the resort. 

The 3-bedroom villas are very spacious with approximately 2000 sq ft of living space plus a private pool and patio.  These villas will comfortably sleep 8 to 10 persons.    In addition to the standard villa amenities, each villa has a 2 and 1/2 baths and 3 private bedrooms.  The master bedroom is on the ground floor and features french doors that give onto the patio and has a Jacuzzi in the master bath. An additional half bath is located on the ground floor for added convenience.  Two additional bedrooms located are on the second floor along with a large full bath.    Each upstairs bedroom has a color TV and ample closet.  Each bedroom features a California king bed equipped with the Westin "Heavenly Bed" sleep system of high quality mattress, linens, pillow and duvet.    The living room has a sofa which converts to a queen bed.  

There is also a large color TV in the living room area with a VCR and/or a DVD player as well as a CD player and AM/FM radio -- so bring your favorite CDs.

There is a fully equipped kitchen -- so you can dine in or out.   The kitchen shares a pass-through bar with the patio.  We haven't done it yet, but Mary says you could cook a turkey dinner in the villa kitchens.
