These villas are newly constructed in 2009 and 2010 and are now open for occupancy.   They are located down the hill from the "hill" villas in the same area of the resort as the Westin hotel rooms.  These are gorgeous villas which we toured in February when we visited the Westin St John Resort, but are so new that we don't have detailed description to give you yet.  We are currently creating additional content for this section.   Here is what we can tell you now.   There are two styles of 2 Br Bay Vista villas.

The Two Bedroom Bay Vista Villa (1210 sq. feet) Up to 8 guests. Offers a full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table, sitting area with pull-out sleeper sofa, chair, 2 balconies, washer and dryer, in-room safe, TV and Bose DVD player/sound system.  One bedroom boasts the Westin Heavenly® King Bed, vessel tub and walk-in shower, and the other features two double Heavenly®  Beds, and a  tub/shower combo.  Both  feature a dresser and TV.

The Two Bedroom Bay Villa Loft (1650 sq. feet) Up to 10 Guests.  Offers the above amenities and an expanded master bedroom with a Westin Heavenly® King Bed, sitting area with sleeper sofa, vessel tub, 1 balcony and walk-in shower.  The other bedroom has two double Heavenly® Beds and a tub/shower combo.   Both rooms have a dresser and TV.
