These spacious villas (1450 or 1470 sq ft) are newly constructed in 2009 and 2010 and are open for occupancy.   There are two floor plans which are quite similar to one another. The 1450 villa has 2 balconies and the 1470 version has 3.  They are located down the hill from the "hill" villas in the same area of the resort as the Westin hotel rooms.  These are gorgeous villas which we toured in last February when we visited the Westin St John Resort, but are so new that we don't have photos to give you yet.  

They have full kitchens, washer/dryer, large flat-screen TV, Bose DVD playeer, cable, A/C, safe, maid service --- basically all of the key features we list for the 3 BR "pool" villas.  Two bedrooms include the Westin Heavenly® King Bed, and the other bedroom has two double Heavenly® Beds. The master bedroom has a vessel tub and walk-in shower, the second room has a tub/shower combo and the third has a walk-in shower.  Two bedrooms offer a dresser and TV, and the third has closet space with a TV.Views are of the Westin grounds and Great Cruz Bay.  

In these villas you are a 1-minute walk from the 1/4-acre main pool and the Westin's beach, restaurants, tennis courts, and fitness center.  We plan to add a thorough description soon so please check back.   The Westin website has some pictures so please check them out at http://www.westinresortstjohn.com/
